We get a lot of the same questions from our prospective agents, so we figured we would answer them all here for you.
What makes your leads exclusive?
We don't believe in shared leads since this dilutes the lead quality for everyone. Our Commercial Insurance leads are exclusive. We only match our leads to one agent, ever.
Why are AgentLeads.org leads better?
We generate all our leads ourselves. We verify each lead for quality. Each lead only gets matched to one agent, ever. Our leads have the best lead contact-ability rate in the industry. Our agents can close 30-40% of our leads consistently.
Is AgentLeads.org affiliated with Bankrate in any way?
No, we are not.
How long has AgentLeads.org been in business?
We have been operating since November 2011. Early on access was limited as we were in private beta, however we now accept agents and generate leads in all 50 states.
Where do AgentLeads.org leads come from?
All of our leads are generated via the major search engines. We target users that are searching for business insurance related terms. We then drive them to our site(s) where the users fill out our comprehensive and dynamic forms. When they complete the process the lead is then instantly and automatically verified for completeness and quality before being matched to one of our partners.
How do I receive my leads?
Web leads will be sent to you via email (at the email addresses you specify), and they will also be available immediately within the agent interface. Phone leads are connected to the number you designate automatically, and a log of all the calls delivered to you is available in the agent interface.
How much do AgentLeads.org leads cost?
Our Exclusive Commercial Insurance Leads start at $30/lead. Additional filters are available for an additional cost per lead. Agents also have the ability to increase their base lead bids in the event they would like to win more lead auctions than their competitors.
How am I charged for my leads?
When you create your account, you will be asked to save a credit card. As leads are matched to you according to your filtering criteria they are billed to your AgentLeads account. Whenever your balance passes -$250, your credit card is charged your full outstanding balance. Also, if there is any outstanding balance at the end of any given week, this balance is also charged to your card every Friday evening. If you have no balance, no charges will be made to your card. You have full control over your account and are ONLY charged for the leads you receive.
Are there any setup or maintenance fees?
No. We never charge any setup or maintenance fees. Your account is engineered to be self-service, so why would we charge you for that?
Do I have to buy a minimum amount of leads?
No. We have no minimums. You can buy as few or as many leads as you need.
Can I filter the leads I receive by type of coverage or industry?
Yes. Coverage filters are available in the agent interface for an additional per lead fee. Industry filters can be enabled by request only, and they are evaluated on a case by case basis at this time. Keep in mind that the more filters that are applied, the fewer leads that will match your criteria.
Can I choose the states or regions that I accept leads from?
Absolutely. You can select 1 state, 5 states, all 50 states...the combinations are endless! Just use the handy state selector in the agent interface to choose which states you would like to target. (At this time targeting at the county/zip code level is only available on a case by case basis.)
Can I cap the number of leads I receive?
Yes. You can set your cap to anything between 1 and 100 leads per day.
Can I control when I receive my leads?
Yes, for phone leads you can setup a schedule for each and every day of the week. Keep in mind that the narrower the schedule, the less likely that an incoming lead will match your criteria.
Can I stop and re-start my account if I need to?
Yes. You have the ability to pause and re-activate your account as often as you like, for any reason whatsoever. Just login to your account, select 'pause account' and you are done. When you are ready to start back up, just login and select 'activate account' to pick back up where you left off.
How many leads can you deliver to me?
This depends on your lead delivery settings and filters. The narrower your selections, the harder it is for us to find leads that match your criteria. The broader your settings, the more leads that will match.
Can I pay more and get more leads?
Yes. Our system is setup as an auction platform. Not getting enough leads? Simply move the bid slider in the agent interface over to your new bid, then give the system a day or two to catch up.
How do I manage my account settings?
Login to the agent interface and choose settings for a listing of all the account settings available.
Can I return a lead for credit?
We allow you to flag leads in the agent interface for a manual review by our quality team according to our Lead Refund Policy. We will then review these leads to see if in fact they are not up to par. Our lead verification team will call the leads in question ourselves to verify any issues. If we deem that the lead is either fraudulent or bogus, then we will refund the lead. We track the overall flag and return rate of all our leads and partners, so we know when the system is being abused.
